Senior Quantity Surveyor


As a senior quantity surveyor, you will be in charge of everything from project finances to managing external and internal communication. Overall, this role is focused on ensuring the project in question runs as seamlessly as possible and stays in line with the budget.

Project Manager


Perhaps given away by the job title, this role involves managing projects, including providing a timeframe for completion, identifying risk, budget and working out which resources are needed.

Town planner


Town planners are in charge of the development of new areas and look after the planning applications, researching and creating planning policies, building relationships with clients and writing detailed reports with recommendations.

  • Excellent communication both written and verbal

  • Analytical skills

  • Attention to detail


Fund Monitor


In this role, you will make sure the budget for the construction project is being spent in line with build costs, project cash flow and completing with regulations. Risk assessment, design documentation reviews and site visits are also a crucial part of being a fund monitor.


What skills do I need?


  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Strong researcher

  • Confident talking to clients

  • Good writing skills

  • In-depth understanding of the UK economy


Technical Services Manager


Technical service managers oversee the IT team on a regular basis to ensure optimal performance and a happy end client. They also help train new technical staff, as well as keep an eye on security maintenance and develop performance management policies.
